Group Exercise

A wide range of classes are offered to suit a range of basic to more experienced training levels. These include cardio conditioning, strength training, yoga, and Zumba.

Exercise classes are an enjoyable way to help you achieve your fitness goals. 
  • Group Exercise classes are included in membership.  
  • There are no fees or signups required.
  • New Participants are always welcome.
